Hilo Lemo
Hilo has been coaching professionally for the last ten years in both Paris and London for PSG, RC Lens, and Crystal Palace. His passion is developing youth and up-and-coming talent. After working in Paris and winning many trophies and guiding talent to become professional, he moved to London as he believes this is where the best opportunities in the world are. He believes in the Football of possession by perception and methodology. He is UEFA B qualified.
Founder and Head of Methodology
JTL FC Academy is the Academy established by Hilo Lemo. Having had experience at premier teams PSG, Crystal Palace FC, and RC Lens, he wanted to create a Football Academy in West London that teaches children the methodology derived from the PSG and Barca, the game of possession, the perception, and decision making.
